FAQ - My vehicle turns 16 while I am away, do I need to change my cover?

You can purchase an annual multitrip European Breakdown Cover Policy for vehicles up to 15 years old. The age of your vehicle is determined based on its age at the start date of the Policy.

Once your Annual European Breakdown Cover starts, it will remain active for a year before expiring. It's important to note that even if your car turns 16 during this time, you will still be covered for the entirety of the policy period, as long as your vehicle has not had its sixteenth birthday on the day the policy starts (even if it turns 16 the next day).

So, as long as your vehicle meets the age requirements, you can enjoy worry-free travel in Europe for one calendar year.
