Cancel an existing European Breakdown Cover policy
Your Right To Cancel
We hope you are happy with the cover this policy provides. However, if upon reflection this, insurance does not meet your requirements, please return it to us within fourteen days of issue and we will refund your policy premium. We will charge an administration fee of up to £15 and this will be charged for cancellations made within the 14 day cooling off period. You are not eligible for a refund if your policy has already begun or if you intend to make a claim under the policy or if you are outside the 14 day cooling off period.
Please note that we will only accept cancellations in writing from the email address used at the time of booking.
Refund Payments
Refunds are passed to the Admin team and the funds are re-credited to the payent method used used at the time of booking within 7 days. The time taken for this to be reflected on your statement will be determined by your bank but will normally be within 72 hours of our receipt of your written confirmation, requesting the cancellation.
14 day Cooling off period
Online Travel Insurance Services Limited operates its business under the guidlelines of the Financial Conduct Authority and refunds will be in accordance with these guidelines.

When filling in the declarations page regarding vehicle state, age, size etc you are also required to accept these booking terms and conditions and this is done by clicking an "accept" box.
