Broke down on motorway, spoke to Marie and she got us recovered. We were then put up in a hotel for the night, lovely hotel too (taken there by taxi). Next day picked up and taken to airport (by taxi) and got flight home. Taxi from airport. All paid for by them. Stressful time made quite easy with the help of Marie she couldn’t do enough for us. Would defiantly use again they were well worth the money we paid Thank you Marie you were amazing
Broke down on the way to disneyland paris with kids in the car. Car needed an overnight stop at a garage but we were taxied to our hotel so we did not miss any part of our trip. Very happy and lady on the phone was great
Excellent service. My wife had an accident whilst on holiday in France in a very rural French village. First you checked for safety. Within one hour you recovered the car and took it to a secure compound. You made sure that my wife and family could get to their ongoing designation safely. Next day you hired a local car for her and constantly liaised about the situation. Great help and peace of mind. Thank you
Excellent. I had to call on them twice - once for a breakdown and then again because, unfortunately, we had had our tyres slashed! On both occasions appropriate assistance was provided quickly and the company was good at keeping in touch as the rescue/repair processes progressed
Car crash in SW France en-route to Southern Spain. Happened 1415 and following call to Eurobreakdown, tow truck arrived 1515. Eurobreakdown arranged taxi to Pau Airport, 90km, and Hertz rental car. In Pau Airport hotel by 1915. Continued holiday until 22/9 then returned car to Bordeaux Airport. Eurobreakdown arranged and paid for air tickets to London. Eurobreakdown staff were professional, courteous and caring. Will use them again and recommend them to other customers
Exhaust fell off in Portugal. The guy at the end of the recovery line was fantastic. Phoned us to keep us updated and quickly got someone to take us to a garage. The recovery team spoke English which was great. All in all a fantastic service would definitely recommend and will be using again when driving in Europe

This is the second year we've taken out this insurance policy for our motor-home. Some might wonder if its "money well spent" we travel a lot in Europe and having been totalled by a Polish coach on an Italian motorway, believe me, you soon realise the unforeseen stresses and difficulties in how to get yourselves and the contents of a small flat on wheels back home.......and costs

I have to say, whilst the accident itself is something I would have preferred not to have happened, all my dealings with Eurobreakdown in trying to sort it out have been nothing less than professional and helpful - I had no idea what the process was going to be like or what was involved, but at every step from the very beginning everyone I spoke to made everything much less stressful than it could have been.
I know that dealing with members of the public is not always easy, especially when mostly you are dealing with them at high stress moments… Yet everyone has been very patient and empathetic. So please accept my thanks to you all both as a team and as individuals!
Having broken down on the E17, on contacting Eurobreakdown it was explained that Eurobreakdown were not permitted to recover from private autoroutes.
We limped off the autoroute where we were picked up by a recovery agent within 30 minutes and transferred to a local dealer. An overnight hotel was arranged followed by a hire car for the duration of the repair. Eurobreakdowns maintained contact with the dealer and kept us updated throughout. Excellent support
Once collected the recovery was excellent and we arrived at the ferry faster than the rest of my travelling companions who made their own way
I have renewed my European breakdown again this year as my family and I were so impressed with the service provided to us last year.
We were unfortunate enough to breakdown on our way back from a skiing holiday in France. From the moment we contacted Eurobreakdown we were given excellent service which included having the car towed, checked to see if it could be repaired (which wasn't possible as it was a Saturday), transport to the airport (we chose to go home and leave the car at the garage), flights home and a taxi to meet us at Gatwick airport.
We could not have asked for more and all of this was done by mobile phone and email. They were in constant contact giving us choices and everything was paid for in advance by them. My car was repatriated 12 days later and I had it repaired at my local garage. Absolute brilliant service, value and staff.
I have recommended them to all my friends and cannot recommend them highly enough

3 vehicles towing caravans in our party and one of us broke down exiting Caen. The service he received was out of this world. Nothing could have been improved

AMAZING service! Took an old Audi (recently serviced and still going strong but only weeks from being 16years) to the Alps in horrendous conditions. Rained constantly causing on the last day for the drivers wiper mechanism to fall apart. Called Eurobreakdown who arranged for it to go to the garage but it wasn't repairable.
The next day was forecast as dry so we requested to drive rather than be rescued back to the UK but 3 hrs in it started raining and was quickly too dangerous to drive. The rescue (within 10mins), accommodation (it was late - we were placed into a Mercure hotel in the centre of Troyes so had a lovely unexpected evening) and follow up calls from the whole team (again, we chose to drive back but they contacted us to see how we were getting on) was way beyond what I have ever experienced.
Was nervous about leaving the trusted big names but will never look back now when driving abroad
I broke down on my motorbike just outside Dijon (france) and the service from eurobreakdown was amazing. Hotels,taxis,flights home, repatriation of my Triumph all done. My calls were answered immediatly by really friendly helpful staff. Great service. cannot fault them
This company was superb in helping my wife and I when we broke down outside of Madrid. The office staff are super and made a stressful situation a bit calmer for us. Eurobreakdown was the only company out of about 6 that I tried that would recover my car and caravan back to england from france, therir reason for not recovering my caravan was because they said my caravan was too long, this was no problem to eurobreakdown. I will certainly be using eurobreakdown again when I go back to France in 2016
The agent who dealt with me was extremely efficient. No reading from scripts or trying to sell me something I didn't want. He understood what cover I needed explained exactly what I was getting. First rate service!!
